SUMMARY:Women’s Fall Retreat (Kingston)
DESCRIPTION:Come join us for the 15th annual Women’s Fall Retreat on Saturday, October 26 from 9 am to 3:30 pm. The retreat will be held at Holy Cross Catholic School, 521 Clothier Street, Kemptville, ON. Come learn to recognize, and respond to, God’s steadfast and intimate love for us.\nGuest speaker Nancy Steele is a well-known author and motivational speaker. Nancy will address the theme “The Steadfast Love of the Lord” (Lamentations 3: 22-23) with two interactive keynote talks and opportunities for discussion. She’ll invite the attendees to ask themselves: “Where do I see God’s steadfast love?”\nThe day will begin with Mass in Holy Cross Catholic Church, celebrated by our spiritual advisor, Father Brian McNally. Music and singing during the Mass and at various points throughout the day will be led by Cynthia Fediuk-Mombourquette and Anna Brown. The retreat will include snacks and a delicious lunch, and the day will culminate in the exchange of prayer partners.\nThe cost of the retreat is $50 per person.
