Position Overview
The Manager of Spiritual Programs is a part-time leadership role (16 hours per week) responsible for developing, coordinating, and evaluating spiritual programming at Galilee Centre. Working under the direction of the Executive Director, the Manager ensures all programs and their development align with Galilee Centre’s mission, vision and values, and the spiritual needs of retreat and program participants.
This position requires a passion for faith formation, strong organizational skills, and an ability to work collaboratively with the Executive Director, staff, and volunteers. This role requires independent, innovative thinking and a high degree of self-sufficiency. Partial hybrid work arrangements may be taken into consideration.
As the program experiences positive development, opportunities for role expansion may arise. Annually, compensation and/or working hours may be adjusted in accordance with performance outcomes, such as growth in Galilee-sponsored programs, participant numbers, revenue, or community partnerships.
