Event Submission Guidelines

Our online calendar is designed to help people connect with our parishes and local Catholic ministries. We appreciate the work you do and ask that you take note of our submission guidelines before filling out the form.

Submissions that don’t match our criteria:

• For-profit advertising
• Events not connected to the Catholic Church
• Private events (not open to the general public)
• Events outside the Archdiocese of Ottawa-Cornwall, or online events where the host is not local
• Mass times or confessions.
  • These can be promoted on individual parish websites. If you are a parish and would like to learn more about effective communication, connect with our Department of Communications and Mission Promotion.

We review all submissions before they are published and reserve the right to make the final determination on postings. If you are unsure if your event matches our criteria or have a question, connect with Mission and Pastoral Services at mission@ottawacornwall.ca
