Women’s Recollection

RECOLLECTION FOR WOMEN: There will be a recollection for women at Holy Redeemer Parish, 44 Rothesay Drive, Kanata on the following dates:

• Friday, September 15, 2023
• Friday, December 15, 2023
• Friday, March 15, 2024
• Friday, June 14, 2024

Taking place from 9 am to 11:45am, Recollections are like mini retreats that help you take a break from your busy schedule to think about your life, your relationship with God and gain a fresh outlook. The morning begins with Mass followed by the exposition of the Blessed Sacrament. An examination of conscience and a time of guided prayer, confessions, silent prayer, benediction and talk on a practical aspect of living the faith in ordinary life are also part of the program.

This spiritual activity, inspired by the writings of St. Josemaria Escriva, is entrusted to Opus Dei, a Personal Prelature of the Roman Catholic Church.
