We’re Better Together – When Canada Welcomes Refugees and Migrants

St. Joe’s Refugee Outreach Committee invites all to participate in this event in the Parish Hall, 174 Wilbrod St., Ottawa. Sunday, September 27 – World Day for Migrants and Refugees after the 10:30 am Mass. Guest Speaker at noon: Emilio Rodriguez. Lunch will be provided. Pope Leo XIV has chosen “Even just one of these children” as the title for his message for the 112th World Day of Migrants and Refugees, making clear reference to the Gospel according to Matthew: “Whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me” (Mt 18:5).
