All clergy of the Archdiocese are invited to join the Ukrainian Catholic community of Ottawa, who along with their Primate from Ukraine, Major Archbishop Sviatoslav Shevchuk of Kyiv, will gather for a Short Service to pray for Ukraine on Thursday evening, February 27 at 7pm (till 8pm). The service will take place at St. John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Shrine. The church is located at 952 Green Valley Crescent, Ottawa (near Heron and Prince of Wales).
Next week marks the third anniversary of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, whose people are suffering greatly. Clergy will be asked to sit in reserved pews at the front of the church.
