Visio Divina Evening

Visio Divina (Latin for “Divine Seeing”) is an ancient prayer form which uses visual means instead of words or Scriptures. For centuries, the faithful encountered the Divine in the physical world and the art that reflects it. Today in the chaos of advertisement, written and spoken words have often become an additional source of stress and confusion to our busy days. Tuesday May 5th, at Holy Redeemer, we will explore listening to God through art and photos of God’s creation (like natural landscapes) and will reflect and share. Refreshments.
