Soaring Together: Virtual Theurapeutic Art for Siblings of Loss

All siblings of loss are invited to a free therapeutic art session with Red Bird Catholic Ministries’ child-life specialist, Jessica Wilfore. Sessions will be held as follows:

Wednesday, July 16th from 11 am – 11:45 am EST for ages 4-6

Wednesday, July 23rd from 11 am – 11:45 am EST for ages 7-12

This is a relaxed, drop-in session with no on-going commitment for siblings to process grief and find support and healing with others siblings of loss. Art activities  require only simple materials that families likely already have available at home.

Registration is free, but required.

RedBird Ministries

This session is run by RedBird Ministries, a Catholic ministry that helps families grieve the loss of children of any age, including through miscarriage.

Professionally Led

Led by Jessica Wilfore MS-Ed, CCLS. In addition to being a mother of loss, Jessica holds her Master’s in Education and is a Certified Child Life Specialist through the Association of Child Life Professionals.

Peer-to-Peer Connections

Peer support can be transformative—it offers a unique opportunity to bond with others who have faced similar struggles, breaking down feelings of isolation and creating a foundation for hope and resilience.
