SERENA

SERENA is a charitable organization dedicated to teaching the Symptothermal Method of Natural Family Planning (NFP). Through a network of provincial organizations, including a local group in Ottawa, Serena offers personalized instruction and chart interpretation services, both online and in person. Active in the Ottawa area since 1974 with the ongoing support of the Archdiocese of Ottawa-Cornwall, Serena is rooted in a philosophy that values fertility awareness and respect for life. Founded in 1955, Serena continues to thrive thanks to the dedication of its volunteers, medical advisors, and educators.
