National Housing Day – Multifaith Housing Initiative

Join us for this year’s National Housing Day celebration! National Housing Day is a day of affordable housing advocacy to raise awareness about housing and homelessness. National Housing Day is held every November across Canada.

This annual MHI event includes an interfaith prayer service and reception. Our 2024 theme is: Building Harmony Through Community. The event is free to attend and takes place at the Sir John A. Macdonald Building in the afternoon.

Please note that this is a federal government building. You will be required by security to show your personal identification and to go through a metal detector to enter the event.
