What is the meaning to my Life?
Have you ever felt like something is missing in your life…that you are not complete? Do you have profound loneliness even when spending time with others? Do you feel like you are spinning your wheels and getting nowhere? Have you wondered why you are doing the things that you are doing? Is there a creator and was I created to do something? Is there meaning to my life?
The answer to all these questions is that we were created to love and to be loved. The Bible tells us that we were created in God’s image and to be in a relationship with God. This need to be in this relationship is imprinted in who we are.

Think of it this way. There is a God-shaped hole in each of us. As much as we try other things money, sex, drugs etc., nothing can fill that hole or that longing that we have…only God fits that shape.
Prayer: Dear God, I am reaching out to you with my fears, disappointments, struggles, loneliness…with all that I am and all that I am not. Please come into my life and help me to find peace, hope, love and joy.

Eternal life is now possible for every human being. However, each one has to choose it. We have, each of us, to repent of our own sins and believe that Jesus is the authentic one, the one sent from the Father. And this takes an additional grace, a grace that God alone can give. He will give it in response to prayer, to fasting, to penance, and to good works.
